Non-English spam not getting banned/removed?

When using non-english in game, we get a warning.
But on the forum there are all kind of weird non-English topics in the General forum. With even more crazy links.
How come they are allowed to post that?

Same rules apply on the forum to you are correct, GM's have been a little busy the last few weeks.
Spam posts and links have now been deleted.
